Thorny Posted June 23, 2017 Report Share Posted June 23, 2017 Mhm, and I think the overwhelming majority of cases show young 21 year old high draft pick high hockey sense players taking steps forward in their career at this point, not falling back, and if I were to think otherwise then that would cause a slippery slope and make me quite paranoid about Jack, who's already close to his physical ceiling and doesn't quite have the hockey sense of Sam. OEL - Hammer is a sick Swedish top pair. Goligoski is still there. Chychrun can take a step forward. They're all left handed, but Hammer plays the right side better. Curious, if Sam does break out, do you lean towards trading him or keeping him? I just hope I don't have to go through an offseason of overreaction to moves or lack thereof. Insert "well, we're waiting" caddy shack photo here :) No but he was the source for the scoop that the Hawks were all in on Asplund last year and thought they had a deal to move in front of FLA and it fell through and they were pissed when Murray jumped up and took him.
