So there’s the trade. @AdamSchefter Kirk Cousins, the only QB ever to receive the franchise tag twice, now will leave Washington. Beane has stated there willbe no FA splashes, and he wants to build through the draft. When in Carolina did they make these kind of moves? What deals by them in Buffalo makes you think they'd make this kind of deal?
