I am baffled by how often professional teams dog it in these games, though. Teams that are head, shoulders, knees and toes ahead of the competition but let them stick around... All it takes is one bounce. Happens in all sports at all levels. I've been on teams that were twice as talented as the other team and we would lose in a ###### 46-43 game (basketball).

Ennis goal number one on SportsCenter.

I'm enjoying seeing us win due to, for the most part, players here for the long haul. The GEM line continues to put points up while the three younger D-men we have, have all looked good to great at times. When they cool off though, I want us to lose and lose hard.

We're winning, for the most part, because of goaltending.

Lucky streak, or is Teddy hockey starting to get through?

They are playing more like the plucky underdog team I expected before the season started.

Neither. The kids on the blue line are figuring it out. When you can get 20 good minutes from a pair of rookies, you are in a strong position. When gorges gets back, we'll have a legit top 4. Sweet.
