Burkie can have him,lol.

LGR,

Any word if our G.M. is at this prospect game ?

I have not see a tweet or read anything indicating it. The small parts of the game I streamed they didn't show anyone of interest outside players. I would guess someone representing the Sabres is present.

Off to bed. Currently 3-1 Orr's team. 3 OHL players with Goals. Dal Colle, Ho Shange, Clarke. Other goal is by Julius Honka.

Ekblad 2a

Reinhart 1a

Yeah...but who scored a powerplay goal for them???......Boom Goes the Dynamite!!!

9th of the season, decent production for fourth line minutes.

Also, he was hit with his 3rd 10 minute misconduct in the last two games. If that happened to John Scott I think some around here would commit suicide.

Kings 8:13 of consecutive power play time (including 46 seconds of 5 on 3) and not only do not score, but get outshot.

So remember Vancouver killing 8:13 in consecutive penalties? Next Canuck game the same ref gives them a 7:00 3 on 5 to kill.

You rarely see a fighting major called on one guy and not another, never mind 2 on the same team at the same time.

This is the only video I've found, and in traditional homer fashion, doesn't show much of a replay.

Two guys drop gloves and skate towards the top of the screen, but don't really seem to throw any punches, I guess those don't count. The fight on the left of frame certainly is one guy dropping the gloves and the other not, but I can't tell what happens in the crease. The Ducks player does have one glove off, but Sestito was just wailing on him while he was down. I guess he never threw a punch in the eyes of the ref.

2 games in a row, Devorski reffed those Canucks' games. In the LA game, Jordan Nolan ran Henrik Sedin, again, and wouldn't answer the bell on the next whistle. Even though his coach left him out there to most likely answer. (I bet Ted Nolan gave his kid a talking to for not manning up. Pathetic of Jordan to not engage back)

Anyway, on that play Nolan didn't do a thing, except turtle, and his team was rewarded for it. He was basically told by the officials that he'd be able to run star players all night long as they threw Sestito out of the game. Only in the NHL is this embraced. Have a borderline player allowed to target the skilled player and get away with it without fear of retribution.

In the Ducks' game, it seemed to me that both Ducks engaged the Canuck players, so how the 'Nucks came away down 7 minutes on two consecutive games, and 2 men short this time around, is unbelievable.

And Devorski was seen calling Torts an f'ing Ahole as well.

Clearly Devorski's time in the stripes has gone on too long. That type of officiating is what makes hockey look ridiculous.

As for the homer calls as you suggested. How would you feel if that was the Sabres? Clearly both teams should have gotten penalties. There was no way that either Duck player didn't engage back. Come on!

I've watched hockey for almost 40 years and I have never, ever seen that type of call happen 3 times in two games. Unheard of.

Devorski should be pulled for that type of game. It reeked of a clear grudge against either Torts or the team.

Just my opinion.

That is absoutely ridiculous! I watched the Anaheim feed and even their commentators couldn't believe the calls.

Here part one and part two of Aaron Ward's, so far, fantastic three-part series called "Re-Orientation." It's a documentary about homosexuality in sport. Definitely an important topic that will continue to evolve going forward...

I know that the first game, it was hey, Sestito is Sestito. Shame on the league; the same stuff happens to Scott.

I don't know about the second game.
