The post about a parent frequently picking their kid up from bars stuck out to me. Overall it’s better than drinking and driving. However, if you are old enough to get into a bar you are old enough to get a cab/Uber. A parent’s job isn’t to make it more cost friendly to go out. A parent’s job is to teach them to be responsible. Like make sure you have enough money for a safe ride and not just for drinks. Mommy won’t always be there and that time can unexpectedly come earlier for some. If their ride falls through then that’s different. At least they made an attempt to have a good time responsibly.

Why do these guys do this? They make so much money and could live such comfortable lives including their children.

Not disagreeing with questioning the situation. That said some considerations would be size and scope of the assistance. Also, if this was a rear echelon type of group their absence could be negligible as opposed to a front line element. Turkey would be a country Ukraine might see as useful if/when this escalated. Yes. No more shootouts or three on three in the regular season too. You play five on five until someone wins. If that only gives you twelve hours until the next game then you should have won sooner.
