Looked like the Hab player stopped skating and then started again. No call for me. I haven't watched the game but man, what is wrong with this team? 0-6-1 at home? There is no way we make the playoffs.

Well I just got back from camping and watched the game. My thoughts.... Seems my boy Tyler Myers can't catch a break, but with his skill set and attitude I don't worry about it. Hopefully he's getting the yips out of the way now. Vanek? Seriously on a 3-1 give the puck up at the line to Stafford and let him decide. Terrible play. You think Chicago will trade him for Hossa? Ennis? Shoot the puck kid. You are about to get benched in favour of Gerbe full time. He played very well that #42. McCormick? Love him. Works hard. Great team guy. Play him more. Rivet? You are a useless bag of shat. That 4-4 goal pass came from deep inside the Hawks line and yet he is flat footed and beaten like a rented mule. He's a disgrace of a Captain and frankly his time is past. He needs to go away. Connolly? Looked good to me but nothing came of it. Roy? Best skater on the team this season. Lalime? I don't know what to say. Gaustad? Go away. The team as a whole, if they play like that each and every night then I'll have no issues with anything. They outworked Chicago all night long, but the confidence is low and the Hawks are the Champs and made them pay for every mistake. But if the boys play like that we'll be fine. As for Myers not kicking the crap out of the guy when Roy got hit, he couldn't. PP to tie the game was more important. Unfortunately the team did nothing to settle any scores re: the bad hits but what do you expect?

So essentially you are complaining about getting paid for not working for 2 hours? Priorities man.

I'm off today, and Good Friday and also off on Easter Sunday, Monday, Tues and Wed. So, naturally I ask for Sat off by using 7 hours vacation time. The answer, no. GEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEZ

I work in a gov't run liquor store and we're very busy. No recession in the booze biz. So we have lots of patrons with very few moments in the day that there aren't customers. Anyway, what is with people that drop a bomb when you're 10 feet away and then walk away from it, leaving you looking like the one who let the awful ripper go? Seriously, if you have to fart, do it outside. Gawd. I have no problem giving the "who farted face" to customers who walk by so they know it's not me.

My complaint is about co-workers who are in the pocket of the boss and bitch and moan to them for no reason. My boss tried to give me shite the other day for going on my break before the previous person came back. They are friends forever and he's a good guy but lazy as can be. I happened to be helping a disabled person out to his car. It took us 6 mins to walk to his car, he's that disabled. I then continued on to my break, now 5 mins late to start it. My boss comes in to the lunch room and says wait for the other person to come back. I told her what happened and that I in fact went late for my break and told her her buddy can stuff it. She then tries to tell me it wasn't him, which was untrue as the other guy knew that I did the carry out and so did the asst manager. Maybe my boss would like to know her buddy leaves 5 mins early every night.

My complaint goes out to all the people who whine and complain about gov't decisions on all levels. Municipal, Provincial and Federal. If you don't like what these gov'ts are doing, then here's a suggestion. GET OFF YOUR BUTT AND VOTE!!!!! In Kelowna we had 20% voter turnout last fall. This past spring we had less than 30% turnout for the Provincial election and around the same Federally. VOTE!!!

Well, the Sabres are toast, so that sucks. What else? It's April 2nd and I woke up to 5cm (3 inches) of snow. Funny this global warming thing. Apparently it'll be 16 Celcius (60 F) on Saturday

The Sabres are 3-9-3 at home against Ottawa in their last 15 home games. That is downright embarrassing.

Tim Connolly doesn't stay healthy enough. Man, the guy is amazing and the team is so much better with him in the lineup. The guy is a talent.

Burn. Actually they are expected to do well in certain sports. Kinda' like the US is expected to be able to pass a baton without dropping it. Like I read before. The Summer Games for Canadians are just training sessions for the real games. The Winter Games.

My complaint for the day. Why can't the US Commentators in the Olympics, along with their special ex-Olympians/coach/etc colour commentators just accept it when the US team or athlete loses?? Case in point. When the 2 gymansts tied the other night, the gold went to the Chinese girl by virtue of tie-breaking rules. The rules were not made up on the spot. So because the US girl got the bump, it was a travesty. It was why oh why are these the rules? But if it were the other way around, it would have been just fine. I have to tell you, as a Canadian, this is one of the main reasons other countries want yours to fail. It's an arrogance that goes beyond normal. The CBC commentators obviously want Canadian athletes to do well but when they don't, they don't make excuses. They really do call the games fairly, giving the kudos to those who deserve it. They don't make excuses or complain. I want to give props to the girl who didn't receive the baton, but turned around and picked it up and finished the race, even though they were dq'd. But truthfully, there was no sadness on my part that the US mens/womens 4x100 didn't qualify. I shudder to hear the excuses Costas comes up with tonight.

Will Darcy really wait another month before doing something?? Our season is starting to slowly turn murky. I'd really like to finish first in the East. If it came down to us against NJ, I would really want that extra game at home. Trouble?

Brodeur is average when playing behind average defense. The rail cam is cool for REPLAYS. I like it when they show the player nearest to the camera. It is a good replay camera. I felt sick when it was on live tho.

Giving up a lot of late goals in periods lately. I'll take a point tonight, but I doubt it will happen. All Star break will refresh the boys. 3 zip. They're done. I hate Montreal.

This is why I NEVER want Vancouver and Buffalo to meet in the Finals. It sucks. They gave a good effort in 1 and 3 from what I heard, but period 2 was brutal. The Canucks are a good checking team, but Buffalo is a much better squad. They just don't seem to burying their opps lately. I'm sure that will change tho.
