We have no power play strategy. Just a bunch of guys randomly skating around.

The main issues with Power are the defensive disengagement (from relying too much on stick, giving up the blue line) and unwillingness to get physical consistently. But I feel they stem mostly from a lack of intensity. Like... you're bigger, you're #1 overall... go on the attack.
