You can't take any team serious that has Bryson in their lineup.  He should be a career AHL player 

they haven't been good so far this year but where would they be if they just had a decent PP ?

it's the same characters (players and coaches) on the PP, why would anyone expect a different result? 
they desperately need someone with some offensive ingenuity. 

this team has 8th overall draft pick written all over it.  Hopefully im wrong and they end up with a top 3.

And the Bandits were elite from the get go. Of course he got lucky. That why I cringe when folks on Two Bills Drive want Beane and McDermott gone for not winning a Super Bowl, as if Terry will just hire better.

I think it's both at the same time just in different ways 

He's too involved and that he wants to take part in every decision... He has ideas of his own and he has people around him that enable those bad ideas... Including his fingers on the roster. 

It's not enough because he doesn't put the time in... The research in himself... He doesn't have enough conversations with people and the organization who are experts in a certain field. 

Basically to him, the sabres are like a fantasy hockey team that he spends 5 minutes thinking about but then wants to make all the decisions.

He's too involved... But doesn't put the time in.

Promote Ruff to an advisor role, make our bald Finn the GM and fire the rest of the coaching staff. Hire DeBoer and let him grab whomever he wants.

2 goals

1 at home out of 2 played.

1 ppg which was a fluke.

Trailing by 2 in third, didn’t get 3rd shot until past 11’ of third. Outshot in third 15-4

 

And Ruff was the replacement for Granato. At least they scored goals when he was coaching. What a disaster. I see maybe 2 wins in Oct. Maybe.

I thought the beginning on the Taylor Hall season was bad, but this team is horrible.  

No effort at all.  They are skating around for 60 minutes and then going to cash their checks.   Ruff, Adams and the assistants need to be fired immediately.  
 

The only player playing hard is Alex Lyon.
