Randall Flagg
Interesting linemates for Jack Attack. Gotta tune in for this one. Probably the last preseason game I'll watch though. As always, stay healthy boys.
Randall Flagg
Since we haven't heard anything, I assume Pominville's lack of presence is just a vet thing? No need to play him and risk injury?
bob_sauve28
Bailey and Larson need to take advantage of this opportunity. They might not get many more. Bogo is playing, that will be interesting to see. Berglund will be interesting to see for first time.

Now you want to start the whole process over again. My psyche cant handle it. 3
dudacek
Not as interested in the forward combos as I could be, save Tage. Why is Randell getting another game? Could be our opening night D though.
TheAud
Seeing Larsson in the 3rd line center spot, even though I know it's just a pre-season split squad roster, still makes me somewhat dismayed. Looking forward to him being an ex-Sabre.

TheAud
25 minutes ago, bob_sauve28 said: --- I wonder if there is any thought to dangling a first round pick for Torontos goalie Sparks At the time of the Lehner trade, he was about 24 years old and had an established NHL save % track record of about 91.5% over parts of three seasons. His Calder Cup winning 93.8% save % season in the AHL was already two years in the past. Right now, Sparks is about 25 years old, has just come off a Calder Cup winning 93.6% save % season in the AHL, and has only shown am 89.3% NHL save percentage when given 17 games in the '15-'16 season. So, assuming it's a late 1st round pick (like it was for Lehner) and most people hated the Lehner trade at the time and since, it seems like this would be a bad idea since Sparks resume is slightly weaker than Lehner's was at the time. But that comparison doesn't include the fact Sparks probably isn't bi-polar. 3 minutes ago, MODO Hockey said: Well, I didnt see the game so i cant say, but Ullmark is way better then Sparks longterm. https://www.facebook.com/BuffaloSabres/videos/234812680519846/ U wont see Sparks doing this, ill tell you that That was a nice save, but the first and fourth goals looked terrible
