darksabre
It's all over. Liked seeing Mittelstadt on the ice at the end there.

Stoner
Wait, no penalty for offsides challenge? Everyone went to sleep. Not a great way for Housley's season to end there. (waiting for someone to explain why we're wrong lol)
DarthEbriate
Casey with the + on the season! And... yes, it was a dreadful season. But it's been a joy to talk with all of you.
Nitro60
See you guys in September. Hope the off season is epic for the Sabres.
Darryl Shannon's +/-
Hilarious as they all actually get paid for this. And yeah, I know the game didn't matter. It's more....you are playing a game and want to win. Right? Everyone went to sleep. Not a great way for Housley's season to end there. (waiting for someone to explain why we're wrong lol)
Stoner
I'm serious. Screw you, Phil. You choked. That faceoff shouldn't have happened with five Panthers on the ice.
Mustache of God
Welp. Thats the worst season ive hockey ive ever been through with this team. This board has been so much more entertaining than the actual on ice product. Good job on another season guys and gals...heres to a productive off season. Cheers! Brawndo
A couple of things. Will need to increase our point projections for Mittelstadt next season. Mittelstadt looks like one hell of a NHL Player. To echo True even though Nylander didn’t “deserve the call up”( I took a lot of for saying he needs to be up on a top line for a few games) he elevated his game while up here and will probably be on the Opening Night Roster for the Sabres in October. dudacek
Wilcox perfect...and gets the loss. “Kids, let me tell you about my career as an NHL goalie..”

Guest
Is Adam Wilcox the first NHL goalie to finish the season 0-1 with a 1000% save percentage? Stupid ass rules.

He does need to be on a top line for a while. That's one of the big mistakes many NHL teams make. They bring up on in a top prospect and bury him until he becomes frustrated and loses all confidence. Never have understood that concept.

Nylander was involved in more offensively creative plays in three games than Larsson or Wilson or Girgensons is in a month.Hope he can have some success in an Amerks run and earn a spot next September, because he looked like he belonged. Maybe that’s rose-coloured glasses on a small sample, but that’s what I saw. Casey is a player. Old guys, don’t his hands and tenaciousness on the puck remind you a little of Dale Hawerchuk? Mustache of God
The bright spot going into next season is Casey. 5 points in his first 6 games going from HS - College - NHL in a years span is no joke. Hopefully he'll be the steal of last year's draft. Looking forward to what he can bring with another summer of growth and development.
