Damn, they're losing their entire front office up there.

I didn't even think of that.....yikes....sad stuff.

He was a huge player in the horse racing industry and sold pretty much everything off last year. The hockey world was picking on him for being cheap by putting restrictions on the Sens payroll, but maybe the whole thing was him getting stuff into order.

He was a whale once upon a time in the casinos as well. The man gambled like an Asian sailor on leave.

Sens owner on deathbed and looking for liver donor.

Some good news on this front ...

The liver is a wonderful organ.  A transplant can be successful with only a piece.  The liver can regenerate itself quite easily for donor and recipient.

Hopefully one of the twelve potential donors will work out.

I'm kind of surprised this isn't a topic that Drane has jumped all over.  A story put out about rich guy who needs a liver and days later he gets one.  If nothing else, I hope this raises awareness and some other people in need of transplants find what they're waiting for as well.

It's actually valid point in general, but when you get live matching donors.....it's more about the match. I'm sure the person will be in a Sens suite at some point....maybe for life.

This topic is OLD. A NEW topic should be started unless there is a VERY SPECIFIC REASON to revive this one.
