  1. The Oilers just about out of it. Noice.
  2. What do we expect? Do we expect the players to brush it off and say it doesn't bother them when it really does? I like Gionta's comment, but I don't blame Weber for what he said. Should he have said it? Probably not, but wether he says it or not, that's the way he feels and I would expect them all to feel that way. If it didn't bother them, then I would have a problem with it. At least we know he has a pulse and that he cares.
  3. I feel better about it, but we're not out of the woods yet. ARI (and EDM) have difficult schedules down the stretch while BUF plays ARI, CBJ, TOR and CAR. I could see BUF getting at most another 10 NHL points, unlikely, but possible if a goalie heats up? The second ARI game is just as important as the first was. Ennis' status is also a huge deal. I love the guy and don't want him hurt, but it will help if he misses the next 2 games.

  5. BUF @COL, ARI @ PIT on Sat. Game of the Weak part deux in 4 days.
  6. Weber is pissed at the fans? Well, I'm pissed at him for taking that penalty which cost them the game. So I guess we're even, well no we're not, I'm working a full time job to finance your hockey career, so shut the up.

  8. 6 point lead now? With 8 left?
  9. Nice goal by Ennis, I'll allow it. Just one tho.
  10. Loud roar for the Coyotes goal. Watching the ARI feed and they noticed it too. BUF clealry playing like the superior team they are.
  11. some interesting comments from Bill Daly on the lottery process..... http://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/nhl/2015/03/25/sabres-coyotes-draft-lottery-connor-mcdavid-jack-eichel/70459464/ "It has nothing to do with transparency," deputy commissioner Bill Daly told USA TODAY Sports. The NHL has shown a video describing the process on its website, but not many people have watched. Ernst and Young, the accounting firm that vouches for the integrity of trophy balloting, is on hand to make sure the draft lottery is conducted properly. "All of the clubs participating are invited into the room (with the lottery machine)," Daly said. "They used to go, but they have stopped going." The NHL is planning to release video of the lottery machine working because there is so much interest in this year's draft. "You have some fan hysteria," Daly said. "I had an email (recently) from a Buffalo fan saying he wanted to be the Buffalo fan representative to observe the draft lottery. There is no doubt there is a higher focus on this draft."
  12. i may take quick peak at the GDT and be like....
  13. Agreed, I can't cheer against them in the GDT... won't do it. That said, the urge to get completely shitfaced for this game is overwhelming... and it's only 1:30p here.
  14. Oil down 3 already, Varlamov yanked, giving up 3 on 7 shots. Half way through the fist.
  15. Oilers down 2 early to the Avs. Avs look terrible, BUF visits them on Sat.
  16. 1000 balls would increase the randomness vs using just 200 balls. ps, i was a maths magor, don't argue with me.
  17. They just need a 1000 ball machine, 200 with Sabres logs, 135 with Coyotes... etc. Actually, I don't mind the 14 ball, 4 ball number and probability chart. It's nice. What I don't like is the fact they keep the drawing a secret and we're just supposed to trust that everything is on the up and up. Why not televise it live? Why not make it available on-demand? WHAT ARE THEY TRYING TO HIDE!
