This is exactly how I see it playing out this season.

I don't think he is going anywhere. The Flames have filed for arbitration in order to keep him a Flame for at least one more year and to prevent any offer sheets from coming in. The Flames really need to keep him with Johnny flying away.

How does he get it to the Sabres and how do they then get it to the league offices ?? The Sabres need an all-in-one thingie too. Print ... sign ... scan ... email ... or ... FAX!! BOOM!! DONE!!

He was the prospect that KA demanded and got in that trade. I can't see KA asking for prospect 'x' and Vegas saying 'no way, but you can have Krebs instead'.

Another thing ... I will go against the grain a bit here and say that I expect Krebs to be part of this team for a long time.

Didn't 11 retire the year before we drafted Pierre? He was finishing his fantastic career in the tailspin to oblivion. I still sometimes wonder how Pierre and his wife and children are making out after the tragedy. Dominic is making a career in professional hockey (mostly AHL, I think).
