I wasn't home, I tried finding the game on Espn+ on my phone but it was blacked out. Eventually I was able to download the msg go app and log in with my Spectrum cable and watch the 3rd. This was the total opposite of the Oilers 3rd period and a really strong game by our boys in blue (white). Comrie doesn't waste much movement in his saves. Dahlin is stepping it up Tuch > Eichel and it's not even close. The rookies are growing. D still needs a little work, Joki and Bryson need upgrades, but that'll come with time and Boosh being healthy. Who else is getting excited?!

Some good hockey tonight. That 2nd period Sabres team looked unstoppable, if we can find a way to put that effort into all 3 periods, this team could really go places. Comrie was great, I didn't see the Panthers game, but he looked steady and solid, no bad rebounds, poised! Boosh is a maniac out there and bringing some old school hockey to this team, love it! I agree that we're going to have nights of Jubilation and nights of frustration with this young team, but I am starting to see the correct build in the same way the Bills started a few years ago. Thankful to see some real NHL hockey being played by the Sabres!

I don't know if I'll be able to watch, but I am not feeling so wonderful about this game tonight. No actual reason, just don't expect a win. I guess we shall see. Marginally Wavering 😉

I saw a signed Eichel anniversary jersey yesterday, it was 89 bucks. Like an NHL 50th anniversary jersey that would cost double that alone. Still in the case, no one will buy that, Jack is hated here and will be for some time.

It did even out one of the worst RTP calls, however at least I see a tiny smidge of why the called the full body weight rule, it's a bad rule and it should've been a fumble. But there was zero hold anywhere on that FG. I don't even know if it's fixed, I just think the NFL needs full time staff refs and not this part time nonsense, they have been atrocious and getting worse hear after year.

CT scans only show brain bleeds, skull fractures or severe edema causing mass effect/shift. Concussions are rarely (if ever) seen on a CT scan, especially just after the impact. That's why we have all these rules for neuro checks, but again, they are all very subjective. Tua should not have been allowed to play irregardless if a negative neurotrauma 5 minute exam based on his wobbling. I HATE neuro, of all fields, it's the one that is most "subjective" except for maybe Psych. I haven't read the guidelines or the protocols, but concussions can vary from severity of symptoms to onset of timing of those symptoms, they vary grossly. What isn't Subjective though is the immediate findings after a hard hit, that's where this whole thing falls apart.

Last week I lost because I forgot to substitute Keenan Allen for almost anyone on my bench, yesterday I put in Josh Jacobs and he got me 35 pts! Which was much needed because it was a close match.
