Right, those are the current rules. But since they allow for reviews of other non consequential crap, why stop there? If a player is injured cleary by a missed call that could be a major (or even jsut head contact) why not look at it.... College has targeting rules. Just seems weird that a league that is pretending to care about player safety allows a foe a review of 1mm of ice but this is a big Oh well, we didn't see it, carry on

Before injuries, we saw Muel sort of do this... Healthy now, we are seeing it again. With Power, not once was he ever a good Defensive DMan.. So no, I don't think power needs more time... He needs a new team. Get what you can once a decent GM is in place.

Soft tissue injuries are just a different animal, once you get a lot of them then yes you typically have more laxity in ligaments and etc etc. Not impossible to heal but a bone vs soft tissue is truly apple vs orange.

Follow up.... What do you think happened 😉 I guess I'll throw it out there, I live not to far from holiday valley and I was chatting with our Canadian brethren at the meet up. Was a good game... Refs in full force... Wow... I know officiating isn't always consistent but jeeeesh that was some badness from the drop. We got our butter dishes so that's good too 😂 Fun time with the meet up, hope we can make it even bigger next season. Got some noise finally going in the morgue that is KBC, fairly full as well. I've been fooled too many times, so let's see where they go from here.
