I would never stop cheering for the Sabres. Might not watch them much when they suck but I'd stop watching hockey in general 1if the Sabres didn't exist Same with the Bills.. Never once did I ever consider a new team.. Buffalo is in my blood and I would not an doculd not enjoy any other teams ever.

We seem ot have some good players in the pipeline and a new GM from a very successful franchise.. So I'm optomistic we can turn the corner... its either that or start drinking while cleaning the shot gun

Moulson being waived is the right move time to move on from players like Moulson and reward players who are on the cusp of being moved up permanently.

The farm system including JBot's future drafts and acquisitions coupled with shedding some dead weight and salary cap hogs off our roster and finding solid players to fill those gaps. Basically all hopes ride on JBot's vision as our GM IMO. Fixing the Amerks is a good start but patience up here is wearing thin quickly

this team is fast becoming a huge disappointment. On paper there is little reason for this slow start, so it has to be the level or professionalism of the players themselves. Year after year we keep hearing the same cliche' .. We have to play a full 60 minutes

I'm in the anyone but Lehner camp. The guy just does not instill confidence. Sucks at shootouts, doesn't cover side to side very well IMO. From what little chance I get to see him/them play.

No hockey fan can possibly settle for futbol as a sport. Same GD sport. Goalie Defense and offense accept Hockey is much faster and way more physical. That is all

Well I'm extremely excited about this guy... To make the impression he has without the ability to do a pull up is quite outstanding. Imagine how good he will be when he does 10 pull ups.. I mean that is like a 10x bonus multiplier. Each pull up he can do will multiply his hockey abilities by a point

Kane is more intense and feisty .. I need to see more of that in Reinhart this season. He underwhelmed majorly last season

I expected playoffs last year, and I expect them this year to. If we fail then I'm tossing Pegula under a bus.. He's the one that has been making these management decisions on both the Sabres and the bills and not a single one has panned out... (YET!).... The guy is batting 0.000. I have hope but very little patience after years upon years of Buffalo sports debacles

it was all Golisano.. I think Everyone new this to be true.. The original Ownership was the Knox brothers. They eventually had an ownership partnership and the team was heading to bankruptcy in 1997 and the Knox's and ownership partnership had to sell Rigas owned the team when Hasek was leading us to the 1999 championship. Fact was we failed to buy some goal scoring help at the deadline for Hasek. Another missed opportunity to win a championship. Rigas could of easily wrote another loan off the books of Adelphia cable to get us over the top.. I mean the guy and his family had taken 3.1 billion from Adelphia completely off the books.. Why he couldn't of helped the Sabres with that crooked money is a mystery.. What would another $25 mil off the top be at that point The NHL ran the Buffalo Sabres for almost a year until things were settled and Pegulas stepped in Bottom line is the Sabres are beyond lucky to even still exist considering how we had 2 really owners in a row who trashed this team.. In hindsight it should of been a lot lot lot worse that it is.
