Yeah, but that would result in Vice President Meatloaf taking over the country.

I saw a story that there is a slight increase in cases of leprosy this year due to armadillos. So if that one really was vengeful, it would have also made the guy a leper. It's not much, but every little bit helps.

And if a kicker could hit at least one FG, we're right back out. It's going to take more than just a couple bounces going our way for this team to become a contender. They've certainly assembled the talent at almost every other position, but they're going to need solid QB play to take it to the next level.
-
And that still left us on the outside looking in. We're probably going to need more than that from the position if we want to get anywhere.

You missed the first sentence in my post though. Those teams in those slots seem to be picking those QBs themselves lately, other than RG3. Let's face it, these bottom teams are there for a reason and usually a big part of that is their lack of a QB. So basically, what I'm saying is that any QB that you may actually be able to move up to get is a crap shoot guy. How much are you willing to give up in order to get yourself a coin toss (or even worse chances than that)?
-
And not too many teams seem to be moving out of those QB slots lately. We're pretty much at the point where anyone who goes outside of the top 5 or so picks already falls into that Manuel-like crap shoot status.

Could LA be concerned about their development players getting 8 less games than Buffalo's will? Then again, I guess that having a playoff system already guarantees that certain players will get more games than others.
-
Why not just increase the number of games played between the California teams to make up for the decrease? That would be 8 games divided up among 4 division rivals, so it's not difficult at all to work out logistically. Would the travel within California still add too much for those teams?

I think I know the candidate... Joe Battista

If there's anyone out there, this will be their time to show it. This wouldn't be the first time someone came out of nowhere and surprised people.

I'm starting to think that Trump may actually be good for the republican party. People who otherwise wouldn't care are going to tune in for some of these debates hoping for the sideshow. So their motivation isn't great, but someone else with a good showing can really gain from it.

Joe Battista, Sabres VP of Hockey Related Business, has resigned

This is actually just Battista diving even deeper into the shadows. You just wait, there is still chaos to be had. -
I was in Boston last week. The Brady apologists there are sickening. The phone thing actually shook them a bit, but about a day later they had figured out the token excuse for that one and were right back to kneeling at his altar. My personal favorite was when my M-I-L told me I was biased on this story and then immediately followed it up with this gem: "Now, everything I have heard on this story comes from Boston sports radio, but I believe the league is out to get Brady." She didn't understand my response of uncontrollable laughter.

Give people something to complain about and they will. Then again, if you try to take away as many things as possible to complain about (ie. re-wording the slogan), they'll still find something else. I was mostly thinking out loud with that comment.

I haven't seen any of this discussion and I don't really have the time to read back through it. But anyway, after reading this, the immediate question that came to mind was why not include that word "too" in the saying. It pretty much eliminates any so called problems people have with the saying and sharpens the message, doesn't it?

Today is my second anniversary. Sure, I'm spending it by returning to work from vacation, but otherwise it's good.

Antman was really well done. Marvel does a really good job when they introduce characters.

If there's a God, Pittsburgh will draft a BU guy with that pick.

Let's face it, since there is a confidentiality agreement, McCoy clearly has a lawyer in his ear for this party. That seems to me like a situation where they're going to go out of their way to make sure nothing illegal happens. They're very well aware of the negatives that could occur.

I think the better question is who is the tool.

They're raiding his whiskey supply as we speak.

I like to think that they have advanced technology that we can't even dream of. Thanks to that, they'll be waiting on Weave's couch when he gets home tonight, ready to conquer his house first.

The whole thing actually comes off as a real world version of a crappy show like the Bachelor (and I use the term real world very loosely). Maybe that reality TV label is accurate after all.
