I'm really not interested in trying to start something here, but I get the sense from the tone of your posts that you were banned for slightly different reasons. But anyway, you're here now. Let's focus on the topic at hand and not other message boards. There's no sense in moving into a new home and then constantly talking about the old one.

My mom recently started living on her own and is in major $$$ saving mode. I should look into doing this for her. I have an extra tv in my house that is almost never used. How exactly does it work and are you able to change channels at all or does that need to be done on the cable box itself?

Everything Sabres Uniform Related - Royal Blue Please!

That has to be a part of adidas' new design and everyone will have it in their jerseys. It looks to be venting of some sort. -
Is it bad that my initial reaction to this was "wait, what happened to me?"?

Change the line to "middle school girls" though for the junior hockey scout

Scouting for a junior team has to be an awkward job, hanging around pre-teens constantly.

This candy sounds like a coward from the Boston area.

WJC Sweden coach: Alex Nylander unlikely to play, because he'll be a Sabre

You have to say something to keep people reading during the offseason. -
Can you be considered a brown noser when the word propaganda is actually in your job description?

Signings intended to drum up excitement aren't made in August. They're reactionary, just like the one in Miami. If people are getting excited over it, they're the types who are in football withdrawal.

But does he run routes that Taylor will throw to?

It is kind of funny how this small town is overrun by just about every single stereotypical element of organized crime (other than the biggest of them all, the mafia). They even pulled out a terrorist blast from the past in the form of the IRA. I'm hoping I get some Soviets soon. -

So basically the coach wants to give another kid a chance to have the experience of this showcase. That'll be something very beneficial for that kid and something that Nylander does not need right now. -
The winter games need to find their own version of beach volleyball. $$$$$

The team sports in the olympics as a whole aren't all that interesting to me. I'd imagine that the individual sports are the biggest draw for most people. It's easier to tell the stories when it's a single person you're focusing on, as opposed to having to build up an entire team over a two week period. I'll include small team events like a relay or a bobsled in this category. Those events are the first images that pop into my mind when I think of the olympics, mostly sports that you really only ever see on that stage and nowhere else. Sure, you can find them at other times of the year, but not too easily.

Movies / TV Shows - I Have Watched / Plan To Watch

To me, House was mostly about him and not the medical stuff. His character was such an amazing . I feel like you could put that exact character in just about any situation and it would be a great show. I bet he could even make an hour of C-SPAN watchable. And since it's been mentioned, I started watching Sons of Anarchy in the last couple weeks. I just finished the second season last night. I'm not going to rank it anywhere this early, but I'm enjoying it. I get the feeling I'm about to hit the point that Josie described though. -
That was me last year too. Go outside each day, it's worth it.

Two days ago I watched the car in front of me decide to pass (on the left) a car who was waiting to turn left. That car had been waiting a while because it was busy and there was never an opening. So once they got a chance, the a-hole behind them floors it around them, blocking them from the only chance to make the turn. That guy was suck a dick, and if that car hadn't seen him and started to turn, that small road with no shoulders would have been completely crippled. Not in any way life threatening like yours was, but it came to mind immediately after reading your post.

I heard something on the radio about (I think) Hawaii making that act illegal for pedestrians. That's about as close as you'll get.

A woman walked out in front of my car while completely glued to her cell phone this morning. It was at the opening of an access road to the parking garage, so it's a very heavily traveled spot. I saw her, so nothing happened, but I was sure to get as close as possible to her so that the "you're an idiot" message would be sent.

Not to mention the three terminally ill patients at a hospital up in Minnesota that were miraculously cured at that very moment.

I like the hockeydb presentation of the draft. It should give people a good idea of what these guys have done so far.

You need to see it though. Whatever the total amount of weight is, he benches it without actually using his hands.
