When I saw this thread, my immediate thought was that if I were to use Vanek to replace anyone, it would be Moulson. Looking up their stats, I'm shocked to see that they're both the same age, It feels like Moulson is about ten years older at this point.

I missed it all, but I bet I can guess who went off on that little rant. Dude's been crusading lately.

The FPS games wind up falling into the same trap for me. They ultimately wind up being the same thing over and over, only good with multiple people in the room. If I can get my hands on 5 or 6 story based games, I'm covered for a couple years at that point. By the time I finish that 6th one, I've forgotten most of that 1st one and can replay it. I just recently started Final Fantasy XII, which came out 11 years ago. At this point I remember very little and at my rate, will probably take care of me into the fall. To each his own. I'm mostly curious about what draws people to specific games.

Is there a movie that guy won't sign on for? Wait, now I'm not sure if I'm talking about the Rock or Nick Cage.

What's the big appeal to you guys with those fighter games? Is it mostly about the ability to go multi-player? I pretty much always play games on my own, so they've never appealed to me. I want to get pulled into a game for months at a time, so I always flock to your longer story-oriented games.

We were lucky that we have a very good table already. That cut back on costs big time. We needed chairs, some sort of china cabinet, and then another larger piece to go along a side wall. I really have no idea what name they give to that last piece. Anyway, it's the first room you see as you walk into the house, so we want it done right and some very quality stuff up there. I'm sure we could have gone much cheaper, but what we did get should take care of that room for 20+ years.

We bought new dining room furniture a couple weeks back. Needless to say, my wallet has been mortally wounded.

Be careful when you mention Whaley. From my experience, things get awkward around here when he's mentioned. ;)

He's finally reached the point that Chuck has already been at for a while now. No matter what he has claimed, all of the stuff Chuck has done is also born out of hate.

Not yet. It's part getting home late, part hatred of commercials, and part not wanting to stay up for shows that start at 10. Anyway, I watched it last night. Loved the ending. I would hope that at this point, no one watching the show actually thought Jimmy's "breakdown" was legit. Even knowing that, it was awesome watching it play out. I just wish I didn't have to wait a week to see where it leads.

If 17-30-47 is what you get from a 21 year old just happy to be there, I'm feeling pretty good with that guy's potential. If that somehow is in fact his attitude, I trust that it will turn around, especially being a second generation NHLer.

I like the ones where you catch something out of the corner of your eye and you think it's someone you know. Then once you take the time to look a little closer, the person winds up looking absolutely nothing like who you originally thought it was. Whether it's the color of their hair, the shape of their head, or even just something so basic like their height, something registers in your mind in that very brief moment. Maybe I'm the only one who has those moments, but for a brief second I'll think it's Doug Whaley, only to find out that it's actually Jacqueline from that Key and Peele clip posted earlier, two people you could never possible get mixed up.

I hate that I only had basic cable during most of that show's run.
