In what world would the Sabres take a team lightly?  Buffalo has been the “get right” game for every downtrodden opponent for years. We’ve lost at home to so many of them. This is not a new occurrence.  They know better.

Did you know????

The Carlton dance was inspired by Eddie Murphys Delirious comedy show?

He was trying to imitate how white people dance 😃

I did not know that, interesting.

All I know is when he did that dance I nearly pissed myself every single time.

Dahlin looked fine for the most part, if anything he seemed to start trying to lug the puck to much due to passing issues.

Thompson was hit or miss most of the game. Good shifts, bad shifts; effort was there but he was constantly getting hooked and held by Kadri and never once got a power play from it.

The 4th line looked motivated but Dunne is effectively a liability in any shooting or passing situation.

Muel looked solid

Trying to think if anyone else looked ok; Ellis the goalie wasn’t bad. The back up sat on the bench well.

The No Goal on Dahlin was a joke and seemed to scare Thompson from going net front the rest of the game. Not that I blame him honestly.

The bad:

Pretty much everything else including the Powerplay being limp

Power, I have zero clue what to do with him. He puts up solid analytics most nights and looked great for the short time he had Kesselring but his net front defense is less effective than if you put a literal pylon out front.

Byram, what happened to you tonight?

Quinn is a glass blunderbus with a scope. He’s either making them or himself look bad, problem being it tends to be the latter

I’d love to know why this team takes anyone lightly? Why would these players ever think they have any right to believe they are far superior to their opponent? Treat every ***** team like you did the Oilers and Panthers; that is what they all should look like to you!

Guaranteed paycheck? He would have to continue to pay Adams while alos highering and paying for someone new who most likely will need to be overpaid to come here if they have any type of previous experience in the position. He's getting tired of doing it.........

Maybe it could actually be called "highering" someone if the position they're being hired for is in fact a promotion or otherwise a step UP in title. Higher-ing. I like it.

I'm at the point where you just sit Tuch until you find a trade for him

this team can not have guys who wear Letters to be passengers and that's where we are with Tuch

he obviously isn't happy the Sabres won't give him $11m * 8 years

Get a good young dman prospect and let's get on with it.

Tuch looks like he just going through the motions, get him outta here!

Lindy said they didn't respect the Flames.

Unacceptable, this was a perfect opportunity to get some wins behind you and to start climbing up in the standings.

Sabres are the team you put in your backup goalie to give your starter rest and scratch and questionable players with bumps and bruises.

Please for the love of God do not let Adams anywhere near a trade

Cooley is Calgarys backup............

Even the last place team is doing this with the Sabres..............

I can say this…….Many thought it was great that we had a guy that owned both teams.

its obvious now that it is a horrible idea because he just pushed the Sabres aside and said “I’m busy with the Bills now…”

I don’t think he’s doing all that great with the Bills, this team finally hit a grand slam with Josh Allen but continue to put the pieces around him to get them into the Super Bowl. If Josh Allen wasn’t here this team would be mediocre as well.

Then he's shortsighted and obtuse. How much money has he forfeited by the team missing the playoffs 14 straight years?? He's such an out of touch tool.

Or how much money is he saving?

Not having to pay staff to run the concessions or arena?

Lower Hydro Bill not having to run a screen/scoreboard and other in game features?

They can remove the ice quicker and not have to run the A/C and cooling equipment 24/7?

i tell my kids that the Sabres are just being nicer to their fans in these tough economic times by not making us have to pay for playoff tickets/merchandise or payinge extra for TV hockey subscription packages. Fans should be honoring and thanking Pegula for being such a nice and generous man to the fans. The weather is usually just starting to get nice when the playoffs begin  and people can get out  and not have to worry about hockey

Now do Tuch? One of their Assistant captains

How's Sabres-Bills-Sabres for it?  Any better?

About to be Sabres-Bills-Sabres-Bills.  Time to double up on the Zestril.

I'm going to assume this was said tongue in cheek and meant to be dripping in sarcasm.

This is not a team. It's just a bunch of individual players who have no clue, no common goal, no direction, no idea of how to spell the word win. They need some serious guidance which they are obviously not getting. There is no consistent passion. Shirley Temple hockey.
