The Bruins have spent almost two decades building a winning culture. Those kind of organizations don't stay down for long.

We've spent fifteen years wallowing in a losing culture. Those kind of organizations don't crawl out of that kind of hole without major systemic shakeups. Our owner isn't interested in doing that.
