I wonder what the S&C coach's salary is compared to the defense assistant coach and the PP coach, and the Appert assistant coach. Don't want to be paying too much for the old coach and the replacement.

Well ya, their strength and conditioning was garbage but there's too many young skinny pups on this roster and that's the real problem. I'm sure Ruff was pissed at the state of their conditioning but this move is nothing of any real value. The players should be bulking already in junior and in the AHL. The whole development system is badly run.

But pretty sure it's also a page out of the Bills playbook.  Could've sworn hearing that the Bills made changes there as well.
