To really put things in perspective — the Bills are on the verge of going 2-3 in their last five. That’s not what contenders do.

This team has been stupid all year, yet successful.

Today, they have challenged the limits of what stupidity can do.

Allen looks like a quarterback who feels he has to carry this entire team on his back. That fumble wasn’t carelessness — it was him trying to do too much, giving everything he had for everyone else.

That will do it. With all the injuries it will be difficult to make the playoffs. I put it all on Beane. Bad drafting finally caught up to us. NE took back over.

2023: The Chiefs went 3-5 over half a season

2021: The Rams lost 3 in a row

2020: The Bucs went 1-3 in a 4 game span

2019: The Chiefs went 2-4 in a 6 game span

2018: The Pats went 2-3 in a 5 game span

5 of the last 7 Super Bowl champions had a 2-3 or worse stretch.

this just has to be the last season of McDermott, if he can't win the Super Bowl

The Bills will make the playoffs.  Not an issue.  Winning the division looks pale though.

Was just looking at that. New Englands schedule looks to put them in the drivers seat. And I don’t think the Bills can beat this years Patriots.

Look at our schedule and around the conference. We will lose easily 3-4 more games. Playoffs are not a lock. Nevertheless we just watched the passing of the torch back to NE and looking even more likely the Bills never sniff the SB without a major roster rebuild.

Not with a completely eviscerated defensive line and no wideouts, no, the Bills cannot.

But they'll make the playoffs.

Maybe not. They are only going to get better. And we are going backwards clearly.
