Goldseatsaud Posted Wednesday at 03:50 PM Report Posted Wednesday at 03:50 PM McDermott had Luke K and Thomas Davis in Carolina. Both were over 235lbs. I don’t know he wants smaller lbs now Quote

So, it's not like he won't try to use larger LBs if they have speed, he just seems to really want LBs that are fast. (Or Beane has a thing for fast LBs; but pretty sure he gets the ingredients the cook (coach) asks for.) Quote

Goldseatsaud Posted Wednesday at 04:20 PM Report Posted Wednesday at 04:20 PM Beane drafts these players probably with tons of input from McDermott. Milano was a safety I believe at BC before being drafted Quote

This kid adds the support to your argument that they brought in Edmonds as a 1st round pick. Edmonds is a monster by LB standards. Your reply, well, they got rid of him (because he wasn't good; which is why this kid called him the anti-Milano (Edmonds has world class size and speed but has the football instincts of Alan Alda; Milano is undersized as a LB but has incredible instincts.)). Soooo, what exactly is your point? Quote

I'm not quite that old but I crossed paths with Dan several times during his post-football days (when he was a lawyer in private practice). RIP. 1 Quote

Gatorman0519 Posted 9 hours ago Report Posted 9 hours ago Flacco the geezer tore it up last night. Having two elite wr and persistently throwing to them really makes things easy. Beane has failed JA here. It’s quite simple. Quote

He’s already top 5. Higgins is an all pro. It’s not like those guys fall off trees. Quote

You cannot look at one game and think that is the reason for anything else. Every game is different and every outcome is random. What will you say if they lose to the Jets next week? Dolphins had 2 really good/elite WRs and they could barely make the playoffs. Last year the Vikings had one of the best WRs and got knocked out in the first round of the playoffs. Bengals had 2 elite WRs last year and they didn't make the playoffs. Edited 8 hours ago by Demoted 1 Quote

shrader Posted 32 minutes ago Report Posted 32 minutes ago Is anyone going to next week’s game? I’ll be the guy in the Josh Allen jersey. Seriously though, it’s probably been at least 20 years since I’ve gone to a game. Quote
