We can all speculate on what happens in the Dugout or behind closed doors. As a fan, what I see on the field is more important. There where times when he took plays off, wouldn't block, and sometimes short armed receptions. I will miss the drama and excitement he brought when he was on, but lately it was more drama than excitement.

Please share the fundamental flaws of the Sabers and fix them already. You would make every fan happy! I compare the Sabers to the Bruins, we still suck.

Games played is off by 84 for LR Not sure why the difference in the actual numbers between the two sites. 80 somthing off for games played for Ruff and 20 something for Donnie.

I copyied the info from Hockeydb. Winning percentage = Games Won divided by Games Played. It is in the spreadsheet and can compare to Hockedb. Why is it so hard to think DG and Lindy have the a similar wining percentage? Dg's numberes will change alot because of the small sample size. As a wise person told me, perception and reality are two different things. That is why we have data.

Similar with the small sample size of games played for DG.

Hasek would make any coach look good and get you in the playoffs. When you look at the rosters when Ruff was in the playoffs, he didn't have any stinkin putty cats.

Interestingly, DG and LR have similar winning percentages in Buffalo.

It is interesting to look at Lindy's coaching career at Buffalo. Playoff years with Hasek and Ryan Miller in goal.

Need 30 points in 20 games to hit 92. I don't think 92 is going to be good enough. 95 would work, which equates to averaging 1.75 points per game...

Why would Carolina help out Toronto in a trade for Ilya Lyubushkin? Makes no sense to me..

Don't Boo - Cheer for the other team.. Make it seem like a road game. Maybe the players/coaches/GM will get it then.

Also pick a fan base that won't boo or say bad things about their play. Maybe send them along with a box of tissues.

Not sure about those other teams and their reasons for making a coaching change, but with everything going on with the fans comments from the locker room and the coach, that a change is not warranted?

Wow- After reading this, I can't believe how deep this runs. Trying to switch the narrative to the fans because you have been playing s_ _t hockey. If I owned this team, this whole mess would go away by removing the cancer. LOL - just had a thought, instead of booing, maybe the fans should cheer for the visiting team! Make the sabers feel like they are on ther road so they can pretend they are not in Buffalo. Also can pretend to be hockey players...
