It can. Culture of a team comes from a variety or combination of things. To me winning was the end result of the team make up or culture.

The coach is responsible for getting the best out of his players. So playing Kulich as a center or wing is up to the coach. Right now I do nont have faith in this staff making these decisions. At the 40 game mark worst record in the last 3 years. Think about it, this staff could ruin the future of these young players they worked so hard to draft/acquire.

Even with a "talent difference" , what bothers me is this game was very winnable. Not converting on third downs cost this team to play in the super bowl. Had a chance to win at the end of the game, with the ball in Josh's hands. Ughhh

I would not allow any of this staff to make any decsions on the roster until new personnel is brought in.

This season is a bust. Adding players now does not put the Sabers over the top and make the playoffs. Clean out the staff (Gm. coach, and maybe others) and bring in some veteran help. Let the new staff decide how to proceed. Askiing this staff to make decisions witll continue the current trend. I would put a halt on all player decisions and start the exorcism.

Well the Bills offense had several chances. Stopped kc twice in second half and could not add to the lead. Also had the football handed to them to win the game at the end.

I felt like the defense played good enought to win. The over use of the snowplow and lack of creative outside plays cost them. It was a hell of a throw to Kincaid.

the handfull of games I have been able to watch, Byram you notice him when he is on the ice. Power seems to disappear and not sure when he is on the ice. Doesn't seem to make an impact at all. His game at Michigan in clutch situations was similar-would disappear. Must be a swiftee in disquise. In my opinion he is overrated.
