To put into perspective how this is essentially free money: to reach this the team would need 30 wins and 8 loser points. Our goalies are a completely washed up Craig Anderson and the Carter Hutton level awful Aaron Dell. This team is highly unlikely to win 20 games.

What the heck does Montreal even have to offer that they would be willing to part with that we would even want (Caufield is 1,000,000,000,000% off limits so rid yourself of that fantasy)?

The Anderson/Dell pairing means they are going to be giving up at least 4-5 goals on an almost nightly basis (and people who say "UPL" are kidding themselves because he isn't close to NHL ready at this point and having him in Buffalo at any point this season other than a late season cup of coffee would be incredibly stupid) and I'd be stunned if they won more than 20 games and didn't have at least two 10+ game winless streaks.

I am still trying to figure out how tossing a bunch of kids out to get destroyed and humiliated on a nightly basis is going to lead to development? It's just such an anti-logic that I can't wrap my head around it. The lesson about trying to lose should've been learned but very clearly wasn't.

Name another team in the past 5 seasons that has prostituted multiple home games the way the Pegula Sabres have? Seriously why not just go all the way and sell as many of our "home" games as possible to Boston, Montreal, Philly, NYR ect? The Pegula Sabres aren't just the toilet of pro hockey they are the toilet of all US/Canadian pro sports. BTW will fans in Hamilton be able to buy tickets to the game using interest free payment plants?

40 year old washed up Craig Anderson and Aaron Dell is just about the worst goaltending tandem I could ever remember an alleged NHL team having. It doesn't matter how good the rest of the team is because they are giving up 5+ goals almost every night with those two in net.

To me there is no chance he ends up with the rags as their offer is junk, they clearly have no plans to up it, any other offer can't be worse, we don't want him anywhere in the east and really Vegas makes far too much sense for both parties.

I was at the show at MetLife and Mammoth WVH just blew me away. Honestly one of the best opening acts I have ever seen, even better than many "name" openers I've seen on loaded tours. Fun fact is that when they did the Van Hagar tour in the early/mid 2000's I saw them at the Meadowlands Arena and Wolfgang (who was like 14 at the time IIRC) came on stage and did a few songs with his dad.
