Yeah I thought it was pretty good. A lot of it did feel like Martin Scorsese proving how much he can get away with. Jonah Hill was amazing, though. I hate award shows like the grammys, emmys, and oscars. It's all just too damn subjective. And the events themselves are basically just entertainment industries patting themselves on the back. (I know I brought up Leo's oscar, it was more of an "in a vacuum" type thought)

When I saw the Revanant I was amazed. It's a truly beautiful movie, and I thought it had a lot to say about theology and the nature of nature. But the more I think about it, the less I think that it was actually about anything. Leo should've won his first oscar for the Wolf of Wall St.

And why is a bad season not a good indicator of Risto's play? We still got to see his skills on display. And in a better season with a real coach he improved. I'm not seeing any evidence supporting Risto skepticism.

I don't understand what Risto being on a terrible team has to do with him. Was he supposed to single handedly bring us into the promised land? I think he performed admirably with no help around him whatsoever.
