    Vanek could not "decide to be a superstar any night he wanted." Dude wanted to be good at hockey and win. He was what he was: a good but not great player who was forced into being the best forward on Darcy's crappy team for years. He's not the same player that he used to be because his body is breaking down. Y'know, from all the brutal abuse he took in front of the net while wearing blue and gold. Vanek wasn't a leader or a superstar. He was a regular guy that got way too much scorn from a fanbase starving for a real hockey team.

    I think the handedness gets way overblown on here. Hamilton/Shattenkirk and Risto can anchor the right side and we can flip Bogo + other pieces for a lefty. We need talent on the blueline a lot more than we specifically need talent on the left side.

    I realize that Clinton has to be very careful and deliberate as a female presidential cantidate, but this is still so disappointing to hear. I want her to say "We can't let fear from racism and bigotry guide the way we govern our world. The people advocating for the UK to leave the EU are the same kinds of people that want to elect Trump and build a wall." Blech

    I'd guess Ennis's worth is a late first at absolute best. It's probably best to let him regain some of his value this season and flip him at the deadline if he absolutely must be moved.
