Sat through one of those timeshare things, got 2 free days at Sea World with free parking, free airboat tour, 175$ cash, and a voucher for a week free at one of the properties. I'm at Sea World today hanging with the Orcas, they called me back to do another 1 hour session to try and sell me and offered even more free stuff, I may just have to do it.

Mad max 61 diving through center ice, I vividly remember that OT goal and celebration, such an exciting team. The one SOG where Miller reached behind his back/head and stopped it on the goal line, it was crazy and the most hasek like save since Dom himself Kasparitus scoring in OT for PIT to knock buffalo out, it seemed like such a weak shot that best one of the best. (similar to when Ottawa beat us in playoffs, I think it was Spezza or Alfredsson) Pegula's speech, I thought we were going to be perennial winners, spend to the cap, this team was going places.... Little did we know. Getting KO, the Sabres were a team that didn't really attract good free agents, this felt like a little changing of the guard. HM, Hasek vs Brodeur, what a game.

I'd be less of a misanthrope for one solid day. -
I'm quickly heading towards Bilateral 3 compartment Fasciotimies of my lower legs.... I have ruled out almost everything including a negative EMG of my legs and lumbar spine as of this morning. Angiogram, venogram, MRI, MRA, MRV, Brain MRI to rule out MS plaques, Shockwave therapy and phisiolgy to achilles, PT, etc etc. Still with unbearable calf swelling that makes my foot numb after exercise, but has progressed to swelling just whenever it wants, I'm running out of options and tests. This sucks @ss

I am a bit hesitant because I remember when we drafted Zegmus at around the same spot, he was supposed to be this tough power forward... I like Z, but he's replaceable. -
I'll have to look into the thin blue line thing, I've seen stickers and t shirts with it, but I honestly have no clue what it means, I just assumed it was always a thing for law enforcement. It doesn't, but it stemmed from a post about a hockey event. Moving on.

I could be off, but I would say that it's 90/10% in terms of upstanding vs thug. Sadly as always, the minority ruins it for the moral majority. I guess we could get rid of all of these appreciation nights and just do more kids days and save the one appreciation night for the fans and alumni per year. I'm not a big fan of the anthem at sporting events, I could get behind getting rid the others, I just think the cause isn't as erroneous as some think with the one up thread.
-
The point of law enforcement appreciation night? It sure does, I'm all for it, irregardless of what happened near the arena. I along with multiple state troopers have been repeatedly assaulted by methheads all week. So that's what has happened to me, step into my world and maybe you'll adjust your thinking. Maybe not. But those guys (and gals) deal with the scum of humanity day in and day out, one night of appreciation at a hockey game isn't too much now is it. This world has forgotten the mantra that actions have consequences and its clearly showing.
-
Ha.... Innocent.... Anywhooo keep the night as planned. Law enforcement deal with some ***** on a nightly basis, let's show a little respect when we can.

Yes sharks are very gentle, they get a bad rap. I was supposed to cage dive with the Great Whites in Guadalupe island next week, but sadly the Mexican government pulled all permits to the bioreserve until the end of the year. So that trip will have to wait.

Annual expectations thread 2022/23: #31 Eric Comrie

He will play 53 games, a. 917 save percentage and a 1.91 GAA, we make it to game 7 of the 2nd round where we lose to NY rags in OT on a fluke goal. We are collectively sad, but still overall ecstatic from the SuperBowl party that's held all February long in Buffalo -
They we quintenssential 90s, but I liked the goatheads then, and I still like them, I especially liked the 3rd red jersey from that Era as well.
-
They were 10000% times better than that multi-colored abomination of a jersey and the Slug.

Annual expectations thread 2022/23: #1 Ukko-Pekka Lukkonnen

I don't see him staying healthy, the GT position puts significant strain on those pesky muscles/tendons and ligaments and he's shown to be unable to overcome these lingering issues. These types of injuries often reinjure easier and have a bit of a genetic component as well. Hope I'm wrong, but I'm at a low confidence level. -
I think that looks pretty cool.

Maple old fashions are yummy, add a little orange zest, viola. I did the same thing at a market with a fancy hard cider, but I said no, then that misses at the time overruled me because she felt bad.

I actually invent in whole life, a portion each month, it's pretax so I can't write it off, but by the age of 55 I'll have a decent amount that I can pull out. It's not overly risky, but keeps up with inflation and if I didn't invest then I would just spend the money anyways. Also when I croak I'm worth a decent chunk to leave behind, half to my parents and half to Uganda to expand my little hospital down there. I also use a SEP Ira that is pretax so at the end of the year, I can usually drop a tax bracket with a one time investment as a write off and still keep the money (although not until later) I've though of Dividend stock and some simple diversifying, but for now it's just too over my head as well.

Good for her. He's the Evander Kane of the NFL. Good riddance.
-
Do you have a pic, I am asking around at work and have a couple possibly interested in getting her a good home.

On this topic, it's funny, I do pretty well, but that's because I'm single without kids, so when I work, I get to spend my money. I am by no means "rich" in the grand scheme of things, but I spend my money on things I like. I love espresso, saunas and travel, I like riding my motorcycle. So I built a sauna, I got a nice espresso machine, etc, I travel whenever I can while I'm still young. My closet doesn't have much nice in it, but I don't prioritize how I look very often. Because of this, I've gotten so many comments over the years ranging from people asking me if I'm a trust fund baby, to people assuming that I don't work, it's kinda funny in general, but if people don't know my career or see any of the stuff I enjoy, most assume I'm just a bartender or homeless ππ People judge on funny things, I'm glad Terry is comfortable in his T shirt lol
