The smell of sarcasm is thick in here. Phew.

UPLs status may play a role. If they need to carry 3 goalies on the roster, they may not have the ability to carry 8 D?
-
That got an audible laugh out of me.

I was going for the reactions. As usual, it landed like a helicopter without power. People = ***** was the clue, although there may be only 5 or 6 people on this site that know what is hidden by the word censor.

Do I remember correctly? Did Lindy say that Mule came into the season last year out of shape? Was he recovering from an injury over last offseason? The presumption is heâs in shape this season. Will be curious to see any difference in his game.

I said the same after last season. Byram just has a better NHL game. Heâs assertive. Power will need to become assertive if heâs ever going to get near his potential. -
You do. Itâs directed at the fanbase you are part of instead of the team.

Lots of reasons why she might not be able to lead a normal life. My BIL had double lung transplant this past Spring. Yes, heâs alot older than she is, but the anti rejection drugs, and the immune system suppressors will significantly reduce things she can do that you and I donât even think about. Like, minor every day things that become no-nos because of the drugs. Obviously, I donât know a damn thing about her situation. Grains of salt, and all that. But my eyes were definitely opened to all of the changes necessitated by major organ transplants. And the risk of rejection somewhere down the line is always there, even with the drugs.

I assume Lyon gets the nod unless Georgiev outperforms him in camp

He also seemed like he needed a nap. Thats an unfair cheapshot. But snark is all I have left to give.

This feels like Matt Ellis 2.0. Lindy loved him some Matt Ellis. -
Its not lime there is any proven technology for it. Might as well use magic.
-
Hopefully its not the fanbase that gets annoyed.

Lol an arena beer has 1/2 the value of a ticket in the top section. Good job, Terry!

It was between a bunch of empty seats. Even Karen needed to get out of her seat. Do you really expect fans to sit on their hands with a ball rolling around?

Adam Mair Placed on Leave after DWI with 3 Kids in Car.
Weave replied to Mustache of God's topic in The Aud Club
As a fan we loved the game Mair played. The aggression, the big hits, the fights, the physical intimidation. With the recent transparency over hockey and CTE and the type of game Mair played, I donât feel I have room to judge him at all. I cheered on his aggressive game. I cheered on the fights. Even the ones where he got his head handed to him, and there were alot of those. Given what we know about the game, CTE, and the depression, anxiety, and substance abuse that goes along with it, I canât help but feel a level of complicity. (Is that the right word here?) Adam, I donât know you from Adam, but I know you played the way I wanted you to play, and the aftermath likely contributed to where you are today. I hope the help he gets is effective. And I hope this doesnât ruin his life. It was a scary lesson. Hopefully its a lesson learned.
