Well that was disappointing... despite being outplayed and outphysicaled Sabres blow a 3-1 lead... D was out muscled badly... Krebs looks decent but too many times forwards didnt finish checks... Butcher needs to go Proh meh jag... Miller at least gives physical presence... Samuelson and hopefully brain lapse no 1 michigan pick can bring some size next year but oof hard game to watch

I would love to see a game out there in the early fall... see the ponies first bet a trifecta and then go to a game. Maybe next year. Pair him with Cozens and maybe Skins, guys who have speed and can keep up.

Not looking good tonight in our ER, tons of Covid + pts, the ones unvaxxed look in significantly worse condition.

Young squad, Pterka looks lost, Krebs not quite there and Chemistry is gone with regulars out including Cozens... doesn't help that DM is not behind the bench, don't see adjustments made by ME that DM makes. Gonna have to scrap these games til he comes back.

So far no vaxxed ending up in icu, very few hospitalized in my area... omicron is spreading fast but we send most home... prob is a third of our staff has been sent home and too many idiots showing up for dr appts with active covid

Agreed, I think he has done decent possible better... we shall see the next two years but I do think for a first time GM he has done decent. I just hate waiting for guys to develop though I know it is the only way to fix this ship. Goalie is everyone's big lament this year and while I agree, goalies are so fickle... I just hope they draft another one.

I have an old Northlands wooden hockey stick autographed by the '75 Buffalo Sabres... signatures are in red ink felt pen and are fading but you can still read the French Connection sigs, Luce's, Ramsey's and Spencer's among others... Some are harder to make out but still my favorite memorabilia. I was given it as a gift when I was young... I think Gil Licata who was a friend of my older brother got it for me.

I agree goalie is an issue... but D or off wing men getting back is another... cant give up that many odd man chances, screen your own goalie... against a team like that... pinching and missing...

Sabres off puck coverage back side is atrocious plus some just bad puck luck
