    No machine auto speaks if needed for a particular exam... I do have a microphone to let a pt know when contrast starts and remind them the warm feeling is normal. If no contrast I rarely say a word unless they start moving about.

    ours is kinda too loud but with our cooling fans I get it... I just turn to volume way down in the control room and it is a woman's voice
