Not exactly starter money. Curtis Samuel at $8 mill isn’t exactly #2 money either. I think the Bills will draft for both spots.

They’ll be closer to the cap next season. Dahlin, Power and UPL all getting significant raises. I know a few contracts come off the books, most notably Olofsson, they’ll more than use up what he voids with those 3. Probably to the tune of 15-20mill.

I’m not sold on him being the starter. Probably but not certainly.

I worked at a company a few years ago. They always tried to consolidate management and have one set of managers run both the sauce operation and the booze operation. It never worked. One person can’t be that involved. You either focus 90% of your efforts toward the money operation (Bills/sauce) and leave the other 10% to neglect the lesser profitable business or you try to split your time evenly and end up managing nothing because you can’t do it with 50% involvement. It doesn’t work.

I’m not convinced there is enough fight in the dogs we got to go anywhere with any coach. Before we bring in coach hard ass, we need to weed out the guys who don’t want it. Or have that coach do it for you but don’t be surprised if that coach wants to move on from a few big names on the roster.

I don’t think Diggs has done one thing that equates to him expressing an interest in leaving Buffalo. He’s been frustrated, like the rest of us, about all the heartbreaking losses but I’ve yet to see a single interview, tweet or otherwise that indicates any anti Buffalo sentiment. He’s shot it down multiple times. Yet talking heads spew nonsense, which have no factual backing, and seemingly get fans like yourself to believe he’s a malcontent. Probably the least reliable source in the history of sources. And who the ***** knows what AB’s CTE damaged brain is trying to convey.
