I don’t care about heavy weight fighters. They don’t impact the game. The Sabres need more guys that can play hockey and answer the bell if needed. This NYR kid is blazing a trail. Not sure it’s going to be lit for long.

I would trade any player on the roster or in the pipeline for him. Probably multiple. It would take roster players to acquire a player of this ilk. Power maybe? I’d move him of Dahlin is a second for any Tkachuk.

This makes two assumptions: a) he thinks there is something wrong with the roster b) he is actually going to do something about it. I don’t think it’s safe to assume either
