I will always follow the Sabres as I have from day 1, game 1. Unless they leave Buffalo. They I will leave them, like I did with the NBA Clippers. I will voice my dissatisfaction at poor management and poor play, as is my right to do so. I will applaud excellence too. I consider myself to be a very fair critic. I will not harass die hard Sabres fans, such as the ones who post here, for being surly or negative, especially given the organization’s performance in the past 15 years.

Ullmark's age 22 season would like a word. His 23 and 24 seasons as well, though he didn't get much of a chance to play in either of those.

Unless you are assessing the new players on the Bills, preseason is a snooze.

And if Samuelsson misses any time (however unlikely), that second pairing would likely be the first go at D3.

NHL preseason vs NFL preseason? I'll take NHL preseason 100% of the time over the NFL. Even when I was a big NFL fan, when I 'liked' it more than hockey, I always dreaded their preseason games. Soooooo boring.

I agree they should move on from them as neither looks like an NHL regular. I’m just leery how the Sabres would accomplish it. I guess just pick the dumbest most senseless way and that’s what this team will do.

The eagles’ color commentator broke out a “do you believe in miracles” for their game winning field goal block yesterday. That guy needs one hell of a public shaming. Yeah, public shaming are dumb, but man, so is that guy.

Devon Levi is clearly not a prodigy, but in terms of typical goalie development he remains well ahead of many current NHL #1s and any Sabres goalie prospect since and including Ryan Miller.
