Solid effort all around, but Ellis was the difference.  Two breakaway saves and some other critical saves, especially on DeBrincat.

Guess the TNT crew will have no choice but to praise the Sabres now. This should be an interesting post game show. It’ll be like pulling teeth for them to be nice to Buffalo.

Look, Ellis won but there were a ton of rebounds and looks that just missed. I am thrilled we won and he won. I'm not committed to the idea he's amazing yet.

Tuch helped create two goals with his net front screens.  He contributes in other ways. His PK work was also excellent.
