I’d say that was 100% if Hauser had never played a single game with Buffalo. They used 6 goalies that year. The doomsday Georgiev scenario does exist.

Leinonen has made some amazing saves including one a moment ago to stop a shorthanded breakaway in Cleveland. He looks very good tonight.

 

EDIT: just made a couple more. Amerks look a little tired this period. Like they played last night and had a bus ride today.

What is the plan in net?

Levi is putting up video game numbers to start the season and this organization has Lyon, Ellis, UPL, Georgiev, Levi, Leinonen.

Like what is Adams doing here?

At least he's finally trying to do something about goaltending. It's 5 years and one ex-GM advisor, 500-win head coach, and a Staal too late....

But, if you throw enough pasta at the wall eventually some will stick. If you throw enough ###### into a fan, eventually some will make it through without splattering.

I believe UPL and Georgiev are short timers in this organization and I’m surprised Georgiev hasn’t been let go already. Perhaps they wanna see another strong start or two from Leinonen before waiving him. It will be interesting to see if he gets the nod tomorrow night in Laval. I think the plan for Levi is just to let him continue to cook in the A this season, regardless.

Not if the fan has a screen on it. Then it just gets stuck, and the constant air blowing on smeared in 💩 increases the stink.

Levi and Leinonen are the only ones on the list that have long term plans. Everyone else is filler. Maybe there’s a hope for a return to form from UPL, but everyone else is JAG. 
 

Ellis is the one that is impossible to read right now. That one is a scratch off lottery ticket.

Don’t forget about rookie Scott Ratzlaff in Jacksonville. He’s given up 4 goals in 3 games for a 1.29 GAA and a .966 save percentage.
