Really fun game. Would take a lot of pressure off Josh, and open up the running game even more. 2 1 Quote

I would bet that every sack he’s taken this year has been a coverage sack. I’m sure that’s hyperbole but it’s pretty close I bet. 1 Quote

I’m not so sure about that given what is taking their place, New England, Denver and even the Houston. Denver and Houston have defenses that are built to pressure QB’s as we witnessed in our game against Houston. 1 Quote

Ed Oliver recovery ahead of schedule, they showed a video of him flexing the arm coming out onto the practice field the other day. Just in time for the playoffs. Edited 11 hours ago by Demoted Quote

Ed Oliver isn’t on the offense blocking that Denver or Houston pass rush. 1 Quote

The Bills have been close to imploding themselves, and other teams have cut line. Sports is grossly unfair. As is life. Grandfather dies, father dies, son dies is the natural order. If the Bills aren't in the Super Bowl this year, something is wrong with the universe. Also, proof there is no God. 1 Quote

We abused the Bengal defense all afternoon so there was nothing wrong with the idea at all. Good teams do that all the time. The execution certainly sucked though. It did, but for me the true dagger of this offense is the run game and not the passing game. I wouldn't say the Bills abused the Bengals defense all afternoon. There was a point where the Bengals had 10 more points. 17 hours ago, K-9 said: I respect your opinion, but I will always favor playing to win vs playing not to lose. We pretty much moved the ball at will all day long, especially with our TEs, as evidenced by the fact we didn’t punt the entire game. I liked our chances, especially with another down to play with. I appreciated McDermott’s decision to go for it on 4th and goal as well on the Hawes TD. Another play to win decision. Sure, it sucks when those plays don’t work, but it’s always the right mentality imo. The play call here is not playing to win or lose. It's what call gives you the best chance to move the ball forward without stopping the clock. Personally I look at my #1 rushing offense in the NFL and ride that horse. Especially when it's a situation where the Bengals need to apply pressure for a stop. They're going to push up and press and there's a damn good chance that once Cook is through the hole the endzone is the next stop. Playing to win would not be taking a knee with 10 seconds left in the first half and instead throwing a deep ball on a field where receivers have the advantage due to snow and an officiating crew that certainly loved its defensive passing play penalties. There's 10 seconds... why not take a chance? And all of that aside.. why did the Bengals choose to kick-off rather than attempt the on-side kick? That's a clear cut decision of not playing to win. I'm glad they won but not a single thing changes about how I feel. They are hanging on by a gossamer thread and we've already been presented with situations this year where that thread gets snapped more often than it stays intact. Quote

I questioned whether it was, but, the Bills were in the Super Bowl this year, the game aired on Hallmark, and like a good massage it had a happy ending, thus proving there is a God. 2 Quote

IF the Cheats lose to Miami and Buffalo and both win all their other games, why? If the Cheats beat the Fish & or the Bills, yes, Buffalo will need more W's than the Cheats to get the division. Quote

By the way, I had to work 7 hrs today to make 40 for the week, I was scheduled for tue., wed., thur. 7pm to 7am, only, the company pays 11 instead of 12 for shifty’s, something I’m told will be corrected after the 1st of the year, long story unto itself there but trust me when I tell you it’s not a win. Anyways, I had the company town hall today which they’ve turned in to a training session. And like The Fat Electrician always says, that inner smart arse all us vets have in ourselves came out. They did a D.E.I. Questionnaire, my table nominated me as the spokesman. I stated I work with a Swede, 2 Mexicans and a Philipino and we do a dam fine job in the E&I dept. Everyone laughed, the plant manager was writing notes, I expect a meeting when I return from vacation next Monday 😂 1 Quote
