He could have played Monday for the Sabres as well as tonight, Friday and/or Saturday for Rochester. That would be 3 or 4 games in seven days.

A much better plan for His Development 

Considering the past 2 years he was getting 1-2 games a week, I’m not worried about his development being harmed from lack of play, especially when you also think about how he just got 3 games in 5 days.
