McAvoy. Puck. Pass. Tuch. Pass. Steal. Offside. Marchand. Etc. Incredibly slow and lacking description. Thompson was nothing for the 1st 3 years post-trade and he was the only useful piece returned for a Selke winning Conn Smythe winner. Thompson was their 3rd rated prospect. He could've been had for a lot less than the Sabres gave up for him. The Sabres finished dead spanking last 3 years after they traded ROR away.
