That Aud Smell
Wild and Blues have been afflicted with a flu-like illness -- one that appears to be bacterial, and tied to one of LA's or Anaheim's locker rooms? Yuck. http://deadspin.com/nhl-teams-suspicious-they-gave-each-other-bacterial-inf-1650805553

Oh, I don't imagine there's any intent behind it. Neglect? Probably.
biodork
Oh, I don't imagine there's any intent behind it. Neglect? Probably. Agreed, but where did it come from, and why was it hanging around for potentially 3 days (16th-19th)? Gross.
inkman
Surprised they don't spray everything with chlorinated detergent caustic foam.
That Aud Smell
Sabres were in one of those buildings recently. That swollen jaw stuff sounds awful. I hope everyone's better soon. Edited October 25, 2014 by That Aud Smell

inkman
I wish I could get that Zep stuff for my bathroom. Ideally I'd like a all stainless steel / tile bathroom with automated caustic cleaning spray balls overhead. A man can dream.

LTS
If this was after the Sabres visited one might develop some conspiracy theory that the Sabres are trying to get the Blues to struggle and drop in the standings.

Brawndo
Sabres visited both the Ducks and the Kings this week. Yikes. I would not worry, the way the past two seasons have gone for the Sabres, a team wide infection would result in a winning streak

biodork
The Buffalo News picked up on it as well: http://www.buffalonews.com/sports/sabres-nhl/sabres-notebook-foligno-to-center-hodgson-back-to-wing-20141025 The Sabres might want to monitor their health, according to a report from the Minneapolis Star-Tribune. Players from the Minnesota Wild and St. Louis Blues suddenly had swollen jaws – jutting out several inches, according to the paper – and experienced flu-like symptoms such as shivering, sweating, headache and fatigue. Another common trait to go with the diagnosed bacterial infections: Both clubs had just played road games in Anaheim and Los Angeles. The Sabres played in Anaheim on Wednesday and L.A. on Thursday.
