Let's get the 4 point weekend we should've had last week boys! Sabres 3-1. I do worry about our centers come playoff time. Sounds like Roy COULD return in the second round (optimistic). Going into the playoffs though looking like 1. Connolly 2./3. Boyes/Hecht 4. Goose/McCormick I don't love those centers against Philly or the Caps lineups. That scenario I'm sure is about .002% likely to happen but who knows. I think Buffalo would have to lose a bunch too. Your premise being that Tampa sits in 1 of the 3 top of your division slots? Because they don't, Washington does. Tampa is theoretically 3 points away from getting a spot (92points) with 8 games (16pts) left. I think right now the sabres should be focused on catching the rangers who we have a game in hand on and are 2 points behind. We also play them on the 30th so if and only IF we won the next 3 games in a row, and i am saying won not unbeaten, that would give us 89pts and give us a 4pt game on the rangers effectively putting them between us and carolina who we play on the third. Whats this all mean? If we win 4 of our next 5 games, we could effectively lock up are playoff spot as long as the loss did not come against carolina or the rangers. When Florida got the puck during our PP the guy (don't know name) was going to get in alone on Miller. Leopold caught up to him, slid, but ran into the net. Thanks for making me look like the idiot I am. :thumbsup: Lol not my intention, I know what you were thinking with regards to the southeast division, I always wanna include Washington in with the Atlantic division and forget about the islanders... o well. but since you brought up divisions the sabres with a lot of luck could climb over montreal and knock boston down... that would be awesome.
