The Sabres have a chance tonight to get over the .500 mark tonight. If you look at the standings there are only 8 teams at .500 or better in the East. ROC Sabres
So I'm in the process of watching last nights shoot out at sabres.com and two funny things happened. 1)Sly called Gerbe and Ennis "G.E. they're electric" which was clever and semi-funny. 2)Around the 11:15 - 11:20 mark, Roby is talking about playoff scenarios and then uses his middles to point at his head and basically flips it for a good 5 seconds on tv. I really don't go on sabres.com much for anything other than highlights but have they always had the post-game online or is this part of the new regime/suggestion box? deluca67
Shh!!! Everytime you bring it up, they miss the mark. They have to break that streak sometime if they want to make the playoffs. Tough match-up tonight. The Devils are going bog the game down. If the Sabres get frustrated they can end up losing this one.

Tough loss last night.. Travel... Nope not happening... This is the playoff trifecta day: Starts with a Rangers loss, a Buffalo win and a Caolina loss. Bonus Ball: Detroit beats Toronto

Heck, even if the Bruins lose, Sabres with a win would be within seven points of another division championship!

ROC Sabres
Silver lining if the Canes win again: we could actually catch Tampa. I'm more concerned with Tampa losing enough and Canes winning enough to swap places and then Tampa bumps us out of 8th. That scenario I'm sure is about .002% likely to happen but who knows. I think Buffalo would have to lose a bunch too.
