So are we Kyle. So are we. The Bills were tired to. But they had a teammate die on the field 3 weeks before their season ended. They could probably use that explanation. I’d rather hear our captain say “yea I think unfortunately we may have accepted the math and the odds and believe we’re done.”

I agree and to have 30 assists - playing with mostly who all year? Look of course you can do better then him and I wouldn’t lose sleep if we packaged him to get another D Man. I just think he’s been much better and doesn’t warrant some of the hate thrown at him. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him around 60 points if you surround him with a bit more talent on the 3rd line. I like him - he appears like he truly wants to be a part of this. That’s important especially since he came up thru the dark ages with this organization. He seems to be playing a grittier game. Good solid bottom 6 guy you should have at a good cost - with top 6 potential. 40 points - only a minus 9. I’m pleased.
