This team is pretty much what we expected. What talent we have is prospects we hope develop. They are not there yet. Mostly kids still. The Kraken are not highly talented either but more experienced and high energy. Hopefully this is the rebuild that works and isn't aborted again.

Boy this was the one I thought we needed to go .500 on this road trip.

Don't know how old you are, Thorny but having lived through this franchise since it's inception I'm not sure if it's my age (78) or the team that's caused my decreased emotional energy but it's not as high as it was in the 70's that's for sure. Feel your pain, my friend.

I live in Wyoming County an equal distance from Buffalo and Rochester. Grew up on Cape Cod. Navy from '61-65. Met my wife right out of Navy. Can't begin to say how much I dislike Dunleavy. Going from a hall of famer to maybe o e of the worst.

Said before he stinks. Wants to do commentary not play bh play. Always behind the play. On radio he's especially terrible.

Frankly I'm not impressed with the Instigators with Marty and Duffer so far either. They seem to talk over each other and tend to go on tangents themselves. So far, in spite of my not crazy about Rivet, I preferred the old Instigators to the present one.

We've controlled this game except for the score. Second straight game of hard work.

Loved the win but I was just happy to see a team coached to play a full game. I was entertained even if the score had been different. Congrats for the players but also for the coach.

Thorny, good points but what goalies were available at a price and term acceptable. That's what we really don't know. Of the few we heard of maybe that was the issue.

This is all we're hoping for really. Just play hard and entertaining hockey, that's all I ask.

Duffer and Marty need to stop talking over each other. They get into too many tangents in my opinion.

I say no. Results may be the same as tanking but, to me, tanking means trying to lose. I don't think they're intent is losing. It's to rebuild and develop.

Seems you see more competitive hockey at a lower price. If I were inclined to purchase a ticket it would be for an Amerks game.

Frankly I think insurance ramifications play a big part in all this. In an case it's something that needs to just play out. Weekly blurps from supposed "insiders" aside.
