When I was 17 went to a Bills game with my Dad, 3-4 drunk Jerks front row upper bowl start spraying lower bowl including us with beer. Lotta Dads with kids in our section. One Dad took exception went up asked them to quit. Lady spit on him... he slapped her back, one of the jerks tried to punch him He grabbed the guys head over the rail standing below and just wailed on him. Security came and everyone pointed at the 4 drunks... The father snuck off in the confusion and waited for security to clear. Came back to his seat and everyone in our section gave him a standing ovation.

The 5 man unit concept sure has taken these guys a long time to adjust to. Isnt that the old Herb Brooks concept. At least finally they are buying in. PH should play Miracle on Ice a few times a year for these guys.

Interesting take GA, a lot will depend on how Tage develops, injuries cough cough Bogo, not sure of the need for Pilut at this point till he puts on some weight or can play forward. Sabres are gonna need some more beef on the backend if Scandella is moved on from, but a better skater... The forwards are tough but you could always move Pommer back to fourth line and KO as well if young guns start pushing the issue. The question is Larry and Z play well defensively together and Bergy has fit in nicely with their style. Depends if Sabres find a center in the draft or Asplund steps up.

Dahlin needs to add a few more pounds because sometimes he get wrecked in the corners. That being said he doesnt shy away and seems to carry a nasty vendetta. Adding 20 lbs on that frame is gonna make really scary in the corners.

And 3-4 for that stable next year.

Mitts played decent, but needs to be harder along the boards, that will come with time... OK has been coming on lately, so why not, he played well. Pommer is such a solid add to the top line. He has changed his game and is more a grinder... spending time on the forecheck line did him some good early. GO SABRES. The long shots beating Hutton have become a thing, I hope he figures it out. Overall though, great way to hang in there and a non hurt Bogo brings such stability to the back end and gives Risto a break... really nice to see. Mine picked up tickets for me and my oldest to see the Strangers against the Sabres in the Garden in November.... lol to your 10.50 beers...
