Sabres sat back too much in the third... Need to keep pushing it. Against a better team it could have gone badly. Changes seemed to do team well, though Berglund loked like he didnt see the ice in the third... Guessing dog house or bumps and bruised... Skinner is such an emotional guy and great for him getting hatty. Gonna needs to bring it against Ducks.

And I like watching them the Panthers too, but I am never rooting for anyone but the Sabres. I have NHLTV on my ipad iphone computer and watch a lot of hockey, hell I even enjoy watching Cindy Crosby despite thinking he is a biatch. Only two teams I root against are the Leaves and Bastan... and cant stand the Ranger goal song... obnoxious imo.. Love watching the Caps but hate their fair weather fans and pumped in amplied cheers. Mostly muffy and nigel politicals there to be seen. Neither here nor there but I repeat I am not a namby pamby that switches teams at the sight of a prolonged monsoon.

Bottom line it takes Talent, Sabres dont have ennough especially up front. Next one or two drafts depending 1st rounders will make it happen. But yeah the wait sucks. You could be a Leaf fan waiting for over 60 years.

Looking good so far... they are loaded with scorers so much so Bailey is on fourth line... If kid could ever learn his edge transfer his athletic ability would be something. Needs to hook up with Skinner in off season.

You cant come on here stating Sabres stink then advocating switching teams. Its fine if you enjoy another team’s play or even a particular player. But by switching teams you lose your card to criticize the Sabres. It smacks of bandwagoneering and front ruunning. No one here is gonna tolerate that. If you don’t get that then dont let the door hit you. If you want to analyze actually talents that is fine, bad mouthing Sabres you can no longer do. You lost your licence.

He is young, needs more weight, gets knocked off puck too easily. I think the more analgous situation is Nylander, who came back stronger, bigger and can now take a hit. Send him to Rochester and let him get back on track and feed the kid...food lots of it and then have him hit the gym.

Goalies are a weird breed so even if that is being said... I am not sure you can make that judgement till he gets a chance at a lot of games in a row. I do like this tandem.. it seems solid and the least of the problems the Sabres have.

Part of that will be be putting Risto on 3-4 pair or even 6-7 pair till he unlearns his bunker mentality and gets back to playing when is was drafted. Almost like he has ptsd... gonna take time and a break occasionally. Scandella can't be playing as much either. Call up Pilut and rotate guys in and out on D, give them rest and get them to loosen up. Toronto has not been afraid of giving up goals...the Sabres seem to be instead of just skating... Old habits die hard.

Put KO on a third line, sit or waive Pomminstein, send down Tage, send down Ellie, though I like him on a fourth line and bring up Oloffson, CJ and Nylander. No, suffer with the rest of us, because once it turns... it will be glorious and nfw you route for Carolina...

Still think the O'Reilly trade will work out with Tage and the first rounder, but it set the Sabres back as a team... no doubt.
