Phil imo is still learning on the job about how to mix and match and send messages, get guys going letting guys sit and learn, giving guys a break etc. He finally has some talent, his latest moves worked... Lets see how it works. Steve Smith’s coaching on D and Bogo back has been a big plus imo. Glad they are sheltering Dhalin. He needs to put on some weight to handle hard charging forechecks.

Jury is still out but love the fact that Skinner sending credit Jack’s way... that is the way to treat a teamate. Deflect attention away from yourself and praise your help.... Love Skinner’s skill and energy just hope for consistency. Like that Pommer seams to be a calming influence on both and even he knows he needs to skate with some jump. Can’t wait til Pommer starts blistering some of those passes off the wing.

Turned it off after down 2-0 and prayed for a comeback... Needed some sleep before my shift. Nice to wake up to a comeback... I think that was the first of the season... Go Sabres.... They skated well too especially in the first and easily could have been up... so there was hope... Now I need to watch the second and third period... Watched the Berglund empty netter... holy crap is he slow...

Sabres sat back too much in the third... Need to keep pushing it. Against a better team it could have gone badly. Changes seemed to do team well, though Berglund loked like he didnt see the ice in the third... Guessing dog house or bumps and bruised... Skinner is such an emotional guy and great for him getting hatty. Gonna needs to bring it against Ducks.

I have NHLTV on my ipad iphone computer and watch a lot of hockey, hell I even enjoy watching Cindy Crosby despite thinking he is a biatch. Only two teams I root against are the Leaves and Bastan... and cant stand the Ranger goal song... obnoxious imo.. Love watching the Caps but hate their fair weather fans and pumped in amplied cheers. Mostly muffy and nigel politicals there to be seen. Neither here nor there but I repeat I am not a namby pamby that switches teams at the sight of a prolonged monsoon.

Bottom line it takes Talent, Sabres dont have ennough especially up front. Next one or two drafts depending 1st rounders will make it happen. But yeah the wait sucks. You could be a Leaf fan waiting for over 60 years.

You cant come on here stating Sabres stink then advocating switching teams. Its fine if you enjoy another team’s play or even a particular player. But by switching teams you lose your card to criticize the Sabres. It smacks of bandwagoneering and front ruunning. No one here is gonna tolerate that. If you don’t get that then dont let the door hit you. If you want to analyze actually talents that is fine, bad mouthing Sabres you can no longer do. You lost your licence.
