  1. That depends on which night they're airing the new shows. If they leave it on sunday, they won't have that option because of the Walking Dead. If it is sticking to monday, problem solved.
  2. Why did I have to get sick monday night and not be able to stay awake for the second episode? I'll have to figure out when they're re-airing it.
  3. If they do bring it back, I hope they also tie it into one other group. A while back before the second attack on the prison, the governor and his new group were considering attacking a small camp in the woods, only to find out that they were beaten to it. I'd love to know who did that.
  4. They throw a lot of random stuff out there and never touch it again. Then again, the group last season that Daryl wound up joining seemed random at first, but then they eventually brought them back. This stuff in Richmond though seems too far away from DC to be relevant to when they get there.
  5. And at a moment where it was clear as day that the team was a seller, even that early in the season. I'd imagine we would have seen something similar this year if we actually had any trading chips with that kind of value. That's the main reason right now why we haven't seen anything. This team has nothing of value to move in a similar deal. Myers is really the only one out there, but with the time left on his contract, that is a franchise changing trade.
  6. You mean like last year's early trade of Vanek to the Islanders? Maybe last year was more about the team in general as opposed to setting/waiting for the market to set.
  7. And Toronto is already bringing in more money than anyone can imagine. If the league wanted to fix the whole thing, they wouldn't be sending McDavid there.
  8. I don't think they'll do anything else with it, which is a shame. The town didn't really show any signs of being attacked by living people, so I get the impression that they won't do anything else with it storyline-wise.
  9. How is Leino doing?
  10. Notre Dame doesn't have a very good team this year (sorry Glass). They're very young right now, essentially in the middle of a rebuild. Give him some time.
  11. She can sleep on the first floor. Maximize the distance.
  12. We signed the contract over the weekend! Goodbye bank account.
  13. You're not alone and I get the feeling that most agree. He has been deadweight this entire season. My brother got home late and was watching the show on a ten or so minute delay. He texted me early saying "Tyreese really needs to die". Seconds after I read this, he got bit. It was the best timing ever. The episode itself was pretty good though, especially with the payoff of him being gone. The hallucination stuff was an interesting route to take. I'm also glad that he wound up dying in fairly pathetic fashion, being unsuspectingly bitten by a teenage walker. Perfect ending to a waste of a character. Oh, and I enjoyed the comic relief of the rebar walker. For once the kitana isn't the perfect weapon.
  14. That is the real issue here. The pictures don't mean a thing. I do t know if any of the reasons for the rift with teammates have come out, but you better believe that other players and GMs are aware of some of it. Whatever the reasons are, they're are definitely red flags here. As for the comparisons of the Kanes, I don't recall ever hearing stories that the entire Chicago roster had turned on Pat. That's the big difference.
  15. When you are trying to assemble a very young team, Kane's baggage could be lethal.
  16. One game? That's some NHL-level disciplinary action right there.
  17. I wonder about his age a bit. I really don't know the average age of guards, but he is on the wrong side of 30. I guess he does have one less year on his tires though thanks to last season. I'm sure it'll be a very cheap contract too.
  18. How much does our trade history really matter though? If I have the timeline correct, the relevant Sabres trade history today starts with the Miller trade. There isn't much out there to evaluate Tim Murray's ability to make trades.
  19. Carp, have you considered removing the x-axis from your new chart? It can be a bit cluttered with the team logos, the dotted line and the axis.
  20. I'd imagine he's been playing through something that eventually needed repair. Now that it's hit the fan, both sides say screw it, get the surgery done so he can be kept out of the locker room.
  21. I can't imagine the Ducks being too crazy to trade Gibson. We are a year or two removed from all the talk about how they are ridiculously deep at goalie with Hiller, Fasth, Anderson, and Gibson all in the system. Fast-forward to any deal like this and suddenly 3 of the 4 are gone and they're down to a Bryzgalov/LaBarbera combo in their 2nd and 3rd slots. It kind of reminds me of the Vancouver approach of "hey, let's get rid of all of our goalies".
  22. You don't think that the guy who openly stated that the fans were going to have to deal with some suffering wasn't on board with tanking?
  23. Maybe the weasel is digging a series of tunnels below the Sabres tank as an act of sabotage. He's like a modern day Caddyshack gopher. Cue up the Kenny Loggins.
  24. Didn't you hear? He's too busy secretly running the Coyotes all while rigging the lottery machine.
