They're probably good for the "is your computer plugged in" wave of questions, or at least saving a human from having to deal with that one. I just wish they didn't give it a human name and try to pretend it's a real person.

I ordered some stuff from them recently. It ships through some random company I’ve never heard of. The timing wasn’t the quickest, but I’ve seen worse. I ordered an outdoor storage bin off of amazon. It took about a week to get here, which is fine, but one part was missing inside the box (there were two back walls instead of one front/one back). I had to wait 4 days to sort that out with their customer service because they use real people 4 days a week and an AI chatbot the others. That chat box was horrible so I had to wait for the real people. Now it’s another 7-10 business days to get that right part shipped. This is a million times more annoying than the bills store oddities.

With regard to online ordering: Amazon. Ordered a case of soup from them that no local stores carry anymore. Came in 2 weeks ago, wrong flavor. Checked the order, we ordered the right item, they shipped the wrong item. So, asked for a replacment/correct item. 2 days ago it came in. Same wrong item. When they ship something wrong, do some sort of cycle count in your warehouse already to make sure items are slotted correctly. This is getting annoying.

He fights like Peters, loses almost everytime. The footage on hockeyfights.com was not encouraging. Lol

Ordered stuff from the Bills Store online... it's been 9 days and they only shipped part of my order today. Apparently they outsource online orders to Indiana or something. Won't order from them again, sounds petty but over a week to even ship out the order is awful.

After a disappointing road loss to Dundee Stars in the challenge cup, the Clan returned to The Braehead Arena in their first EIHL match. This against the Manchester Storm. Colton Poolman joined the squad prior to the game and slotted straight into the top pair. Clan ran out 3-2 winners, with Poolman registering an assist.
